Plumbing Questions and Answers
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a Florida Certified Plumbing Contractor, license CFC1434465, and we carry full liability insurance.
Do you really answer 24/7?
Yes. Call (941) 233-9440 any time, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Every service call has a $100 service fee. Sending a licensed plumber to your home or business costs us real money before any repair begins: drive time, fuel, and a work truck stocked with tools and parts, plus the time it takes to inspect the problem and track down the root cause. The fee lets us give every call our full attention instead of rushing to sell a quick fix. We will explain what we found and what the repair involves before any work starts.
What areas do you serve?
All of Sarasota and Manatee Counties, including Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Venice, North Port, Palmetto, Siesta Key, Lido Key, Longboat Key, Osprey and Nokomis.
Why does my drain keep clogging?
Repeat clogs usually mean a problem further down the line: grease buildup, scale inside cast iron pipe, or roots. Hydro jetting and a camera inspection find and fix the cause.
How long do water heaters last in Florida?
Usually 8 to 12 years for tank heaters. Hard water shortens that; yearly flushing helps.
Should I repipe my house?
If you have polybutylene or corroded galvanized pipe, repeat leaks, or your insurer is requiring it, a repipe is usually the smart long-term fix.
Do you repipe entire buildings?
Yes. We have replaced all of the original cast iron piping in two 13-story condo buildings, and we plan whole-building repipes with associations and building managers.
Where is my main water shutoff?
Usually where the water line enters the house, often near the water heater or an outside wall, or at the meter near the street. We are happy to show you during any visit.
Can you work on my condo while I am away?
Yes. We coordinate access with your building manager and send photos of the finished work.
Do you work with builders and contractors?
Yes, on new construction, additions, remodels and commercial build-outs.
